Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled library organization service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Full refunds may be available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before service begins
  • Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before service begins
  • No refunds are available after service work has commenced
  • Digital catalog services are non-refundable once delivered

If you wish to modify your service request, please contact us to discuss available options. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes when possible.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you have concerns about completed service work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work to address any issues appropriately.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
